   • Fulfill Orders: The Provider is responsible for fulfilling orders made through the We Offer Wellness platform. This includes delivering the specified Wellness Experiences to customers promptly and as described in the listing.
   • Active Participation: The Provider commits to remaining actively engaged and contactable. Prompt responses to customer inquiries and communication with We Offer Wellness are essential for maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
2. Documentation and Qualifications

   To ensure compliance and quality assurance, the Provider must:

   • Insurance Requirement: By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are confirming you have current, valid insurance which insures you for the therapies you are offering and you are covered up to the appropriate sum for professional, public and property liability as applicable.
     It is also the Provider’s responsibility to ensure continuity of insurance when listing wellness experiences with We Offer Wellness.
     We Offer Wellness accepts no responsibility for any injury, misconduct, on behalf of the Provider.
   • Qualifications: Providers may be asked to provide copies of relevant qualifications. This ensures that Providers have the necessary expertise and training to offer safe and effective Wellness Experiences to customers.
3. GDPR and Confidentiality

   We Offer Wellness Ltd prioritizes data privacy and confidentiality:

   • Privacy: We adhere to GDPR regulations and strict confidentiality standards to safeguard personal information. Customer data collected through the platform will only be used for the purpose of facilitating Wellness Experiences and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent.
4. Financial Terms

   Financial arrangements between We Offer Wellness Ltd and Providers are as follows:

   • Payment: Providers will receive 80% of the total value of purchased Wellness Experiences. Payment is processed within 28 days of customer redemption. This ensures that Providers are fairly compensated for their services in a timely manner.
   • Minimum Pricing: Each Wellness Experience listed on the platform must be priced at no less than £20.00. There is no maximum price limit, allowing Providers to set competitive rates based on the value of their services.
5. Types of Wellness Experiences

   We Offer Wellness Ltd supports a diverse range of Wellness Experiences, including:

   • 1:1 sessions tailored to individual needs
   • Packages comprising multiple sessions or services
   • Group sessions for a collective wellness experience
6. Listing Requirements

   To ensure effective showcasing on the platform, Providers must:

   • Images: Providers are required to submit high-resolution images that accurately depict their Wellness Experiences and business. These images play a crucial role in attracting customers and conveying the essence of each offering.
7. Service Standards

   Providers are expected to maintain high service standards by:

   • Professionalism: Providers are expected to deliver their services with professionalism and integrity. This includes providing accurate information, delivering services as described, and treating customers with respect and courtesy at all times.
8. Refunds and Liability

   Our policies regarding refunds and liability are as follows:

   • Refund Policy: Refunds for Wellness Experiences redeemed by customers will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Providers may be required to issue refunds in accordance with consumer protection laws and We Offer Wellness Ltd's refund policy.
   • Liability: We Offer Wellness Ltd assumes no responsibility for injuries or accidents that occur during Wellness Experiences. Providers are responsible for maintaining adequate public liability insurance to cover any claims arising from such incidents.
9. Compliance and Termination

   • Compliance: Providers must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Failure to do so may result in the termination of their partnership with We Offer Wellness Ltd.
   • Notification: Providers must promptly notify We Offer Wellness Ltd of any changes to their offered Wellness Experiences or business operations. This ensures that the platform remains up-to-date and accurate for customers.
